ISTMA Dialogue with the Hearing & Mediation Division (HMD) of IPOS, July 2023

ISTMA plans to hold a Dialogue with the HMD officers of IPOS. ISTMA’s members have provided their points for discussion and feedback on the current procedural aspects of inter partes proceedings. The intention of the Dialogue is to have a fruitful discussion on those procedures and also to have IPOS’s views on best practices when it comes to disputes. ISTMA is currently in discussion with IPOS regarding a proposed date in July 2023.
