This is to inform you that the Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the INSTITUTE OF SINGAPORE TRADE MARK AGENTS will be held on 5 March 2024 at 9.30am, with registration beginning at 9am.
The location of the AGM will be at YWCA Fort Canning, 6 Fort Canning Road, Singapore 179494 in the Love & Charity Room, Level 3.
Please note the following:
- Nomination – any two members may nominate any Individual Member to the Council by completing the Nomination Form and returning it to me by 5:30 pm on 23rd February 2024.
- Agenda item – if you wish to place an item on the Agenda at the AGM, you may inform me by 5.30 pm on 23rd February 2024.
- Proxy – voting of the new Council members shall be by proxy and you will receive the Proxy form in the event voting is necessary.
- RSVP / Attendance – please send an email to the Secretary, Tasneem Haq at tasneem@hslegal.com.sg by 23rd February 2024 to advise whether you will be attending the AGM.

Kindly note that a short coffee break will be provided after the AGM followed by a talk on “Bad Faith as Ground of Opposition” by ISTMA Fellow, Professor David Llewelyn and then lunch for ISTMA members. Further details on the talk and luncheon will follow via separate email.
