IPOS HMD Dialogue, 3 Aug 2023

ISTMA members met with IPOS’s Hearing & Mediation Division for a Dialogue on practice and procedural issues on 3 August 2023. The Dialogue was held in-person at IPOS’s offices. It was a fruitful meeting and for many of our members, it was an opportunity to meet with the hearing officers and discuss various topics including best practices for filing evidence, managing timelines on dispute matters and the conduct of hearings. ISTMA members also had a chance to find out more about IPOS International’s initiative of GoBusinessIPGrow.
