We are pleased to inform that the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Agents (“ISTMA”) will be organizing the following seminar on the 25th of March 2026:
“When Code Creates : An update of issues arising from the intersection of AI, IP and Data Protection”
Synopsis: In February 2024, IPOS and SMU jointly published a comprehensive landscape report addressing the complex issues at the intersection of AI technologies and intellectual property laws. The topics discussed will include IP protection of AI generated trade marks and processing of personal data during AI training and deployment.
